Peak Performance Buoyancy

from £175.00

Excellent buoyancy is what defines skilled divers. They glide effortlessly, use less air and ascend, descend or hover almost as if by thought. These divers easily observe aquatic life without disturbing their surroundings, which you can achieve too. The Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty course improves the buoyancy skills you learned as a new diver and elevates them to the next level.

WHAT WILL I DO?

Your training starts by reviewing the reasons for peak performance buoyancy diving as well as how important it is to know both personal and environmental limits. During two dives with your instructor, you'll learn how to:

  • Achieve neutral buoyancy

  • Hover effortlessly

  • Use the right amount of weight

  • Reduce your air consumption

WHAT SCUBA GEAR WILL I USE?

You will need all of your basic equipment such as a mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, scuba tank, a set of regulators, dive computer and a depth gauge.

You will also require a drysuit and an under suit.

We do hold a limited number of drysuits in school stock, but you may be required to hire one. SEPE Diving can assist you with this or any other equipment which you may need for your course.

WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES FOR THIS COURSE?
